COMMERCIAL PAINTING PROJECT
This commercial strip center at 1901 S John Young Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL 34741 was past due for painting and the tenants were complaining.
After the building was chemically washed down and then high-power Pressure Washed, we then had to scrape all the peeling areas, to make sure there’s no more loose paint. After scraping we applied a bonding/primer coat, to ensure the peeling areas were bonded down.
THE RESULTS
An updated new look and Happy tenants that can now feel proud having customers come to their place of business.
